Raland J Brunson is currently suing 3 Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States to have them removed from office. It was originally filed in State Court where it all began. Raland is suing the three who have the biggest track record of violating and disregarding their oath of office. HISTORY March 17, 2023 Raland filed the Complaint in the Utah State Court 2nd District Download Here April 12, 2023 Defendants moved the case to the Federal Court April 19, 2023 Defendants filed a motion to dismiss the case Download Their Motion to Dismiss May 15, 2023 Raland filed the Opposition to their Motion to Dismiss the case. Download Opposition July 7, 2023 Magistrate Judge tells our Chief Judge Howard C. Nielson to dismiss our case because (check this out) we didn't quote any decisions from other courts that would support the idea that you can sue the special people. In other words, the U.S. Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land is not as strong as a decision that comes from the lower courts. July 17, 2023 Raland files his opposition to the Magistrate Judge's recommendation to dismiss the case. Defendants have 14 days to respond. Aug 9, 2023 Judge Nielson dismisses Raland's case claiming that Raland never filed it. Aug 10, 2023 Raland contacts the clerk of the court, showing that he did in fact file the opposition. Aug 10, 2023 The Court corrects the error and retracts their decision to dismiss the case. Aug 11, 2023 Judge Howard C. Nielson decides to not hear the case. With the help of his brother Deron, Raland will now appeal the case to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, where three judges will decide if Judge Howard C. Nielson should hear the case. If the three judges decide against it, then Raland will appeal it to the U.S. Supreme Court. Oct 24, 2023 For a case to be appealed, I have to submit what is called an Opening Brief. Then the U.S. Attorneys will have the chance to challenge it. Here is the opening brief that was submitted. Download Opening Brief Nov 21, 2023 The U.S. Attorneys challenged my Opening Brief, telling the Judges that I didn't get permission from the Federal Claims Court to file this lawsuit. Here is their Response that was submitted. Download Their Response Dec 11, 2023 I replied to the U.S. Attorneys challenge, showing that the fact I have to get permission to sue the 3 Supremes violates my 1st Amendment Right. Here is my Reply that was submitted. Download Reply February 8, 2024 The appeal was denied. They just cannot let anyone remove the immunity that Federal Officers have enjoyed for so many years. April 2, 2024 The case was appealed the U.S. Supreme Court. the U.S. Attorneys have until May 2, 2024 to oppose it then it will go to conference where the other six Justices will have the chance to vote for a hearing.
